Your home will be professionally advertised in the Greensboro News & Record as an open house. Plus, we will create a detailed, multi-page color brochure that pairs the story of your home with gorgeous images. We will place the flyer in a ‘Free Information’ box outside of your home, as well as place copies in your home. These print pieces truly showcase your home and are important reference tools for buyers.
Online, we’ll enter your property with color photos in Triad Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor.com. As a premier Zillow agent, I’m able to include more photos and detailed information for your home than other agents’ listings. Open Houses will be featured on Listingbook, BHHS Yost & Little, Zillow, Homes.com and Trulia.

Your home will be sponsored on my personal BHHS Facebook page. My team and I will craft a customized post with a series of handpicked images and hashtags to showcase your home. From the moment your home hits the market as a new listing to the open house, we’ll make sure that prospective buyers have the most current and compelling information. Additionally, if there is ever a reduction in price, we will share that as well. We boost each Facebook post at our expense to ensure that a variety of people are reached with an ultimate reach of approximately 20,000 people. We’ll also share a personalized post featuring your home, with carefully selected images and hashtags, on my Instagram account.
